Marcia serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Orange Investment Advisors and has over 40 years of IT and compliance experience. Marcia is responsible for overseeing all compliance and resource management activities at Orange. Prior to joining Orange, Marcia worked at Argonne National Laboratory as Group Leader for Information Solutions and Technology Assurance at the Center for Nanoscale Materials. In this role, she worked with teams of visiting scientists to understand and document their use of lab resources through process flow diagrams and design specifications with the goal of automating otherwise manual processes. In addition to her IT responsibilities, she managed the work planning and control processes at the user facility to ensure compliance with all DOE Regulations, including those covering foreign national hosting and records management.
